The legislation applies to any prospective new clients as well as to any existing clients. This law overrides any contracts agencies may have in place with Russian clients.
“The sanctions also apply to UK companies and individuals in Russia, and to Russian-registered firms operating in the UK. IPRA is a global association with registered offices in the UK. See the text of the law here and the UK government guidance here.”
