BHM UK’s Enitan Kehinde to speak at ICCO Global Summit
International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) has announced Enitan Kehinde, General Manager of UK operations for leading Media and Public Relations company, BlackHouse Media (BHM), as a speaker at the ICCO Global Summit to hold on November 17 and 18, 2021.
Enitan will be speaking on the ‘Skills for The Future’ panel, discussing the critical skills and capabilities that PR talents must develop over the next five years, and how employers can retain PR talent and develop star communicators. The panel will also explore ways in which PR agencies can innovate for talent management.
Enitan will join highly experienced PR professionals and communications experts from over thirty countries to analyse the transformations that the PR industry is currently undergoing and present cutting-edge ideas that will cause industry professionals to re-examine the way PR is practised.
Commenting on the upcoming event, Enitan said:
“Leading the new BHM team in the UK, I have come to see that finding, training, and especially keeping talented communicators in the industry is among my biggest issues and top priorities. I’m excited to explore the much-needed skills required of PR agencies and consultants to survive our immediate future and also explore how we can combat a persistent issue of talent retention.”
Since joining BHM in 2016, Enitan has worked on PR and reputation management projects for some of Africa’s leading brands and corporations. In 2016, she co-authored the BHM Guide to PR, an interactive digital book containing useful resources on ‘Smart PR’ for communication professionals. Since 2017, Enitan has coordinated and led the team that produces Africa’s first-ever annual report on PR, as well as the team that developed The Concept of Virality, a research report that explains the phenomenon of virality.
The ICCO Global Summit has for over 20 years served as an essential event for practitioners with an international remit to exchange views, gain new perspectives and develop fresh ideas on the future of the global PR and communications industry.
