Iconic PR Guru, Alex Akeyele is Dead
A former Minister of Information and iconic PR Guru, chief Alex Akeyele has died after a brief illness.
The veteran Public Relations professional was confirmed dead by his son Mr. Constantine Akeyele on Thursday night in London.
Mr. Akeyele, the former president of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, was the information minister of the former military president, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.
Similarly, he was the pioneer spokesperson of the Nigerian Customs Service, chairman National Sports Commission and Chairman of the National Reconsiliation Committee.
