Image Making and Not Muscle Flexing!
There may be no reason for a good aide for every sensitive sector at a particular point in time for a community leader and anyone needs to perfectly understand that.
One also needs to learn the minor rudiments of aiding a leader, if such find him/herself in a role of an aide to a leader.
An usher demands to learn proper courtesy and a personal security guide needs to learn the act of defense and quick attack in a fist fight while a driver needs to learn good speed-maintaining driving technic.
And for today, my message is for those who either get employed or want to put themselves to the service of a media aide of one political leader or the other.
Always endure to keep silent rather than spreading provocation on a step your boss took and you think people may not like.
You are not employed to display the authority of your boss or paid to present him as a bully and non-sensitive leader but to perfect his or her image and make him or her more popularly accepted among his or her subjects.
The end is not justified by your (made appearance) loyalty but by how perfectly you can make him appear in the eyes of the audience.
The praises if your Boss is not as needed (as sensible defense and making lighter any perceived offense he or she might have committed against his or her subjects) as his or her image maker.
Your (own) duty as image maker is to make perfect all the situations and polish any rough situation in a way that others will be praising your boss.
Although we all know we are in a peace gap now where the spending on the last election has made all losers inactive and expectation of good patronage also silenced supporters of all winners.
No one needs a good swordsman in a time of peace and any swordsman will do to scare the crows.
But the message send now will have a grave effect in the time of war which is inevitably coming.
Silence and diversion help better in some cases in image building.
