PR firm appoints ex-AEDC’s Spokesman as CEO
Sage Consulting and Communications, a firm, which engages in power sector policy analysis, has appointed Barrister Bode Fadipe as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The firm, which also involves in advisory and advocacy for policy makers, players, and consumers of electricity in Nigeria, in a statement issued in Abuja recently, said the CEO, who is a power sector communications specialist and a lawyer, would bring to his new role over three and half decades of experience spanning the entire value chain of the Nigerian power sector.
Before his appointment, Fadipe was the General Manager, Corporate Communications for the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC); and had also served in a number of NECA Committees. He was also at a time, Vice Chairman of the NECA Technical Committee on Communications & Public Affairs.
“Bode Fadipe, a power sector communications specialist and a lawyer, brings to his new role over three and half decades of experience spanning the entire value chain of the Nigerian power sector. He has also been a coach/facilitator at a plethora of youth development programs aimed at building the capacity of young people.
“Most recently, he functioned as one of the four facilitators who spoke at a capacity building program for Corp members serving in the NASS. The 2day program was organised under the auspices of the office of the Speaker of the House of Rep. Rt. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila”, the statement said.
Speaking on his recent appointment, Fadipe said: “I am greatly excited at the opportunity to lead the company, leveraging my experience to provide immense value to whomever we work with.”
A consummate lover and avid reader of books, Fadipe is happily married with children.
