POSITION
Business Development Manager – Country Wide
COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proven track record driving business growth & developing teams for FCMGs
Strong local market Knowledge
Proven sales and business development experience.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Coordination of production line for effectiveness and efficiency.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Product development and design experience
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Ability to drive a mini-van (manual Gear)
Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Gets RIRA products into major supermarkets in major cities in the country.
Create awareness for the brand through sales drive and other forms of experiential marketing
Dealing with any customer queries or complaints
Coordinate and effectively manage production process
Increase sales revenue based on the Objective and Key Results set by the business in the first 6 months.
Excellent inventory management
Forecasting future sales and providing insight-led data to the business for quality product development
Responding to customer demands and ensuring they are better addressed within time and budget
