As the date for the 2021 Annual General Meeting and Elections of our dear Institute draws nearer, we implore you to pre-register online, if you have not already done so, as there will be no registration desk at the venue of the event in Bauchi, in keeping with the COVID-19 safety regulations

Q1. Will there be an opportunity to register onsite, in Bauchi?
Answer
No, there will be no physical registration desk in Bauchi, in keeping with COVID-19 Safety Protocols.
Q2. What are the flight options available to Bauchi?
Answer
Delegates can fly to Bauchi from Abuja or Fly to Jos. Arrangements have been made for Airport reception/pick up and drop off from the Bauchi and Jos Airports between May 19 and 21. Q3. Will there be transportation to and from my hotel in Bauchi?
Answer
Transportation arrangements have been made to and from designated partner hotels Only. Please check the AGM site www.nipr.org.ng/agm to check partner hotels. Pick up time from partner hotels on Thursday, May 20, 2021 will be 8.30am prompt. Q5 Can I pay my annual subscription in Bauchi?
Answer
Only electronic payments/transactions will be encouraged in order to avoid clustering, which is against the COVID-19 safety protocols. Subscription payment can only be made by bank transfer/deposit. Please make electronic transfers to: Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. UNION Bank 0005794220
Q6. Can I get Airport reception if I arrive before May 19?

Q7. Is Bauchi Safe at this time?
Answer
Yes, Bauchi is very safe at this time. However, delegates are advised to avoid keeping late nights.
Q8. Do I need to Come with my Face Mask
Answer
Yes, all delegates are enjoined to come to Bauchi with their face masks as all COVID-19 Safety Protocols would be strictly enforced
